Then the characteristics of heavy shelves:
1. The heavy-duty racks are simple in structure, safe and reliable, and can be adjusted and combined at will; installation and disassembly are convenient and flexible.
2. Column foot guards and anti-collision bars can be added to prevent forklift collisions; in order to make layer loading safer, additional facilities such as beam retaining blocks, laminates, and mesh span beams can also be placed on the beam.
3. The beam-type heavy-duty racks belong to the pallet rack category. The pallet racks are very malleable. On the basis of the pallet racks, mold racks, loft racks, three-dimensional warehouse racks, etc. can be built into special oil barrel racks.
4. Arbitrary picking of goods. Handling machinery such as forklifts can reach any cargo location for storage operations, and storage operations are convenient and fast!
5. The beam-type heavy-duty racking is low in cost, easy to install and operate, easy to find the cargo location, and suitable for any handling tools.
6. The height of each layer can be adjusted freely in integer multiples of 75mm.

1. Prevent the use of non-standard wooden pallets on shelves.
2. Stop super high and super wide. The shelf height and width have been restricted, and the size of the pallet board and the goods should be slightly smaller than the clear space by more than 100mm.
3. Stop overloading. The weight of each unit layer of the goods stored shall not exceed the limit load of the shelf design. The stacking criteria should be such that light goods are placed on the upper floors and heavy goods on the bottom.
4. Prevent the damaged wooden support from being used on the shelf.
5. Stop stacking non-integrated pallets and zero-cloud containerized goods on the shelves above the second floor.
