Rusty storage shelves may have these reasons:

1. Surface spraying process

The shelf spraying process often requires the following steps: rust removal, degreasing and degreasing, phosphating treatment, water cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, hot melting, curing, etc. These steps have strict requirements on the control of the processing time of each process, the concentration of the phosphating solution, the water temperature, the temperature of the drying room, etc., which require very good control.
