Quality standards and guaranteed way of Spieth warehouse rack system

Many clients ask us about the quality standards of the warehouse storage racking system, the quality certificates, and the guaranteed way which we can offer, here are our answers one by one:

1, The quality standards:

We design and produce Warehouse Steel Storage Racking Systems according to ISO9001:2008, European FEM, American RMI standards, and Australian Standard AS4048-2012, Our warehouse racks meet the (EU) quality standards SEMA and FEM10.2.02.

Our steel materials are mainly from Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Shanghai Meishan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd, with stable performance and high quality, with the standard modern manufacturing process, we can assure you the steel thickness and weight loading capacity, we also provide safety export package to ensure the abroad transportation, with export over 20 containers per month, many of our distributors are repeating their orders to us every month, I believe we are the professional in warehouse racking and shelving systems.

2, The quality certificates:

CE, ISO, and material inspection certificate.

 

3, The Warranty:

1. Warranty Years

Spieth (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd has a strict quality control system for the products that we produce. The warranty for the warehouse rack products is ten years (One year for the spraying surface).

2. Warranty Rules:

2.1 During the warranty period, should the product, subject to normal use and maintenance, have any quality issue that is verified to be true, we will provide the substitute for any damaged part(s) for the customer to replace on his/her own.

2.2 If the product is damaged due to the following reasons, it is not covered by the warranty:

A. Product damaged due to unqualified installation.

B. The storage product overrated loading capacity.

C. Any damages caused by workers, forklifts (such as forklift collisions, etc).

D. Due to uneven ground or land subsidence after installation.

E. Artificial damage.

F. Abrasion, scratch on the spraying surface.

G. Other uncontrollable natural calamities (e.g. earthquakes, typhoons, etc.)
