Medium duty longspan shelving order from Argentina

This order is to Buenos Aires Port,ARGENTINA.

This is my first client from ARGENTINA,I met him at end of the year 2021 on Alibabal platform,at that time, he was looking for 50mm Adjustable Light Duty 2*0.6*2m Metal Storage Shelf Rack / Adjustable Medium Duty Steel Shelving Storage Rack Shelves, I sent him many emails but there was no reply until 14tH,Jan,2024!

He replied me with a detailed inquiry, we sent our offer to him accordingly, then we added our Wechat, and started talking there, later in the days, he updated his need, and we sent him the offer again, later in the days, he revised again and we updated again, so again and again, finally he confirmed his order on 2th,March, below the order details:

Medium duty steel longspan shelving L2000*D600*H3000mm,with 7 beam levels,max weight loading: 200kg per beam level, total 7 starter bays and 33 addon bays. The surface treatment is powder coated finish.

The frame is un-assembled frame, which include all fastening bolts & nuts,braces,feet…ect, the specification for the vertical posts are 55*47*1.5mm,beam specification P60*40*1.5mm,and steel shelving plates are 0.6mm thick,as regarding to the color, it is RAL5015 blue for the vertical frames and RAL2004 orange for the beams and shelving plates,all good quality Q235 steel grade, meet with international racking safety standard,this order is a 20’GP full container load.

We received his payment on March 5th,and started to prepare the materials,and the finish production in 15days, which was a very short delivery time compared the previous order 25days’lead time, at end of March we booked the shipping space with his nominated freight forwarder, on March 26,2024 we loaded the container, everyhthing goes well, only a lot of delay to local warehouse,on December 8th, he finally confirmed received, later in the months, they were preparing for the installation, today is March 19,2025, after three months, they finally finished the job, here the photos from my client, he is highly satisfied with our quality & appreciate our service,this is really a very good & pleasant cooperation, we look forward to help with his next requirement!
