Heavy duty industrial longspan shelves

Heavy duty longspan shelves are composed of upright pieces, beams, and shelves.

The beams are vertically reinforced integrated P-shaped beams and P-shaped tubes rolled by a special rolling mill. This type of longspan shelving has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, stable structure, and unlimited specifications (height, length). It can be designed into a shape composed of three uprights and upright according to needs, thereby solving the problems of excessive depth and excessive load capacity on a single layer.

The load capacity of each layer of the light duty shelf unit shelf is not more than 300kg, and the total load capacity is generally not more than 5000kg. The span of unit shelves is usually no more than 2m, the depth is no more than 1m (mostly within 0.6m), and the height is generally within 4.5m. The common ones are C-shaped steel uprights and P-beam shelf structures, which are light, beautiful, and easy to adjust. The service life is 20 years. The shelves adopt a combined structure without using any bolts, with a beautiful appearance and scientific structure. Easy to install and disassemble, anti-corrosion and anti-rust, sturdy and durable, widely used in supermarkets and corporate warehouses.
