What is drive-in racking?
With drive-in supports, pallets can be placed so that they can be slid back onto the track, thereby storing them deeper and creating more space in the warehouse. Push-in racking means that the forklift enters the rack from one side to load or retrieve deeper pallets.

The drive-in racking system uses the LIFO (Last In First Out) principle for loading and unloading. The casing unit is loaded and unloaded according to the FIFO principle (first in first out). In order to guide the truck or pallet and protect the installation, it is recommended that you use grounded rails.
According to the loading and unloading process and availability, there are two types of push-in racks:
Simple entrance shelf
Double entry shelf
By using visible upright railings and grounding rails, the service life of the pull-out bracket can be extended. The entrance rail is not grounded, so it can be quickly replaced if damaged. The system aims to widen the entrance road by 200 mm to avoid collisions with the entering structure.

What are the disadvantages of the road frame?
Shelves are only suitable for the storage and retrieval of bulk goods, and are not suitable for goods with high first-in first-out requirements, small batches, and many varieties.
